Sylvie Chapdelaine has been my Pilates teacher for nearly 30 years. As a direct student of Joseph Pilates, she teaches with unmatched knowledge and authenticity. Her focus on alignment, core strength, and precision has helped me stay strong, balanced, and healthy through every stage of life—a true testament to the power of classical Pilates.
Claudia SteeleI have had the pleasure of training with the Sylvie Method for over 15 years , Pilates being the primary focus for strength and alignment She is one of the few teachers who practice the original style trained by Ron fletcher himself Soma-training is also a big part of the deal for flexibility and heeling learned by her great master Guy Voyer Sylvie however is much more than simply a trainer she embraces mental health and also is very concerned with her clients diet. Sylvie works with clients of all ages and even has clients well into their 90’s Sylvies interest extends to the complete well being both physical, mental as well as our complete nourishment . I cannot think of a better person with whom to train and transform one’s total health.
Paul YapheI was advised to see Sylvie Chapdelaine for my back pain problems. That was over 30 years ago! Not only did the back pain disappear, but the "Sylvie" method has managed to keep me flexible and fit to continue my sports activities over the past 30 years! At an age where many consider that physical activity is no longer appropriate for their situation, I am still able to have just as much fun skiing, running, playing tennis or cycling! Thank you Sylvie.
